Voluntary work

Join our on-site team and support real conservation efforts in Golfo Dulce! As a volunteer, you can join us for a period of 1 to 4 weeks and actively participate in projects in the rainforest, along the coast, or at the station.

Unlike many other programs, we

do not charge fees for room and board, your commitment is your most important “currency.

In return, we expect motivation, reliability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

You will not only gain valuable experience but also become part of a growing community dedicated to preserving one of the world’s last tropical fjords.

Scientist & Project Manager

We are looking for dedicated project managers, skilled tradespeople, and scientists to join us in building and ensuring the long-term preservation of the station in Golfo Dulce. Whether it’s construction, repairs, or the planning of sustainable structures—hands-on skills are invaluable here.

Equally important is the scientific work: We welcome researchers who wish to contribute to the documentation, exploration, and protection of this unique ecosystem.

The length of stay depends on the scope of the project and the research objectives. Financial support for accommodation or materials can be arranged depending on the project and availability.

Together, we are creating a foundation for active conservation and real change.
