2. Purpose of this Website

SaveGolfoDulce is an environmental and conservation initiative operated by TerraVita Solutions e.V.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the ecological value of the Golfo Dulce region in Costa Rica, threats to the local marine and coastal ecosystem, conservation activities, volunteer opportunities, research cooperation, fundraising campaigns and related nonprofit activities.

The website does not provide legal, scientific, investment, medical or professional advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. Donations and Support

Where this website offers donation or support options, all contributions are made voluntarily.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, donations are used to support the nonprofit purposes of TerraVita Solutions e.V., including environmental protection, conservation work, research support, education, public awareness, local cooperation and related project expenses.

Donations do not create any entitlement to services, goods, ownership rights, voting rights, profit participation or repayment.

If a donation receipt is available under applicable German law, it will only be issued where the legal requirements are met and where the donor provides the necessary information.

Payment processing may be carried out by external payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

4. Volunteer and Cooperation Information

Information about volunteer programs, research cooperation, conservation work or field activities is non-binding unless confirmed in writing by TerraVita Solutions e.V.

Participation in field activities may be subject to additional requirements, including availability, suitability, safety rules, local permits, insurance, health conditions, travel arrangements and separate agreements.

TerraVita Solutions e.V. reserves the right to accept or reject volunteer or cooperation requests at its own discretion.
